It seeks to combine the collective expertise of the signatories and leverage the research innovation from SCiRA (Smart City Innovation Research and Application), enriching the environment for sustainable urban growth and inclusive participation.

Fluorescent light sources
It was already decided that the placing on the EU market of the T8 fluorescent lamp will be banned from September 2023.
The latest amendments to the RoHS directive (Reduction of Hazardous Substances) put the end of the fluorescent tube a few days earlier: from August 25, 2023, T8 lamps will be phased out together with T5 fluorescent lamps.
It will also hit compact fluorescent lamps with plug-in bases as early as February 25. An extension of the exemptions to 3-5 years is planned for HPD lamps and special purpose lamps (such as for UV-C disinfection with lamps).

Matinter exhibited at CERSAIE 2019 from September 23rd to 27th in Bologna, Italy. As one of our valued clients and collaborators, they showcased their latest innovations in ceramic tiles- including the exclusive and patented line produced by UNIFORMA: LUNA and BUBBLES. These lines of kitchen and bathroom accessories were met with great success among visitors, garnering multiple awards. The Hong Kong International Lighting Fair is an international trade fair for lighting and the biggest event of its kind in Asia. Exhibitors from around the world showcase the very latest in lighting design and technology and this year, Uniforma was one of them. We were very happy to take part in the fair , Thank everyone!
Our team had a great time speaking with everyone who stopped by our booth, and we managed to make some valuable connections. In total, we signed deals with 600 new customers from countries including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Brazil, Mexico, Japan…the list goes on!
